Notice to Vacate

Are you vacating?

If you are intending to vacate a rental property, you will be required to notify us in writing. The required notice periods are as follows:

On the last day of a fixed term -14 days written notice
After the fixed term - 21 days written notice
Breaking the tenancy agreement early – see lease

On receipt of your Notice to Vacate, Trading Places will send you a confirmation letter which includes the rent outstanding to your vacate date.

Please advise us if you will be arranging all cleaning, carpet cleaning & required repairs, or if you would like Trading Places to arrange this on your behalf.

If you do not use our preferred cleaners there is a cleaning checklist which must be adhered to. Please refer to our "Bond Back Booklet" under the leasing section of our website. (Please note: we highly recommend using our preferred contractors, if the cleaning is not satisfactory we may be required them to re-attend.)
